Procurement happens in September. The last fortnight before Diwali is when handmade stops being possible.

Diwali procurement happens in September, six to eight weeks before anyone needs the boxes. If you are reading this in the last fortnight before the festival, the honest answer is that a hundred handmade pieces cannot be made in time, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something from a warehouse. Everything below is what ordering sustainable diwali gift hampers bulk actually involves — the numbers, the dates, and the point at which we say no.

Per head

  • ₹1,499 — the gift box, flowers of your choice, arched bag with a ribbon, ~30cm. Stands on a desk.
  • ₹1,499 — the LED-lit lotus aasan, for recipients with a puja corner. Used in November and then all year.
  • ₹1,899 — the moon bouquet, with fairy lights woven through it.
  • ₹2,999 — the large bouquet, 12+ stems. For clients and leadership rather than a whole floor.

The dates, working backwards

  • First week of October — confirm anything over 50 pieces. Comfortable.
  • Mid October — 25 to 50 is still fine.
  • Third week of October — under 25 only.
  • After that — we will decline rather than take an order we cannot make by hand.

What actually goes in the box

Every hamper is one handmade object, wrapped, with a printed card. We do not pad boxes with filler to make them look fuller — a bigger box with less in it is the oldest trick in corporate gifting and recipients notice, usually while unpacking it at their desk in front of three colleagues.

  • For a whole floor — the gift box at ₹1,499. Desk-sized, stands on its own, no shelf or vase required.
  • For clients — the large bouquet at ₹2,999. It reads as a decision rather than a bulk order, because at that size it visibly is one.
  • For anyone with a puja corner — the lit lotus at ₹1,499. Used in November and then kept out all year, which no dry-fruit box manages.

If the recipients are mixed — some clients, some staff, some vendors — split the order across two tiers rather than averaging into one. The averaged version disappoints both ends of the list.

What is included without extra cost

Brand colours — chenille comes in most shades, so teal and orange is teal and orange. A printed card with your logo and message in every box. Individual shipping to home addresses for remote teams, split from a spreadsheet you send. GST invoice.

What we would tell you not to order

If the list is over 200 and the date is fixed, do not order handmade. Not from us and not from anyone — you will be sent something mass-produced with an artisanal label on it, at a handmade price. Split the list instead: handmade for clients and leadership, something sensible and honest for volume.
