1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of www.sakaar.art and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

2. About us

Sakaar Art is a sole proprietorship based in India. We produce and sell handmade decorative items crafted from chenille wire, including flower bouquets, hair accessories, gift boxes and home decor. Our contact details are set out on our Contact page.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have acknowledged it. Until that point, an order constitutes a request and not a binding contract.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where an item cannot be produced within the time available or where we are unable to deliver to the address provided. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
• All items are made by hand. Minor variations in size, finish and colour between individual items are expected and do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Shipping is charged separately and is confirmed against your delivery pincode before any payment towards it is collected. No further charges are applied after an order is confirmed.
• We may revise prices at any time. A revision will never be applied to an order that has already been confirmed.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates. Once a consignment has been handed to a courier, its handling is outside our control.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation windows, refund eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Cancellations and Refunds Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

7. Use of this website

• You agree not to disrupt, interfere with, scrape or otherwise misuse this website.
• Product photographs depict items we have produced. Colours may render differently across screens and devices.

8. Intellectual property

The photographs, written content, designs, logo and the Sakaar Art name are our property and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Product safety

Items sold are decorative and are not toys. They contain wire and small components and are not suitable for unsupervised use by young children or pets.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address.
