What are pipe cleaner flowers?
Flowers built by hand from chenille wire — the same material sold in craft shops as pipe cleaners, a wire core wrapped in soft fibre. They never wilt, rot or need watering, and they last for years.
What is the difference between chenille and pipe cleaner?
None. Chenille is the material’s proper name and the one used by everyone selling finished work; pipe cleaner is what the packet says in a craft shop. We make finished gift objects from it, not craft kits.
Where are they made?
Handmade to order in Gurugram, Haryana, India. One person makes them.
How long does an order take?
Everything is made to order. Allow 2–3 days to make, then 1–2 days to Delhi NCR or 3–5 days elsewhere in India. If the date is fixed, count backwards from it and add two days.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. Orders ship pan-India by courier, and we deliver in Delhi NCR faster because that is where they are made.
How do I order and pay?
Place the order on the product page, then pay on the next screen by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay. A direct UPI ID and QR are shown as a fallback. You get an order reference on screen and a confirmation by email.
How much is shipping?
flat ₹49 anywhere in India — no surprises at checkout. It is added at checkout and shown before you pay, not after.
Can I ask for a custom piece?
Yes. Send the brief — colours, size, who it is for, the date you need it — and we quote before anything is made.
Does the Ganpati makhar come with an idol?
No. The lotus aasan and the toran set are sold without a murti, so they fit the Bappa you already have. Measure the base of your murti rather than its height — the seat is what has to fit.
Are they safe for children?
They are decorative, not toys. They contain wire and small parts, so they are not suitable for unsupervised use by young children or pets.
How do I clean them?
A hairdryer on its cool setting, from a distance, once a season. They do not need water, and they should not get any.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we will replace it. Everything is made to order, so there is no change-of-mind return — the full policy is on the refunds page.
