Shipping Policy
1. Overview
All items sold by Sakaar Art are handmade to order. Every order therefore has two stages: the time taken to make the item, and the time taken to deliver it. This policy sets out both, along with our shipping charges and how we handle delays.
2. Order processing time
Orders are made to order and require 2–3 working days to produce before dispatch. If any item in your order will take longer than this, we will inform you before accepting payment.
3. Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are good-faith estimates. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat ₹49 per order, to any address in India. It is shown on the order form and included in the total you pay at checkout.
The charge does not vary by pincode, by weight or by the size of your order. No further delivery charges are applied after an order has been placed.
5. Orders required by a specific date
If your order is intended for a particular occasion, please allow at least two working days beyond the estimates above. If you are ordering close to a deadline, contact us before placing the order and we will confirm whether it can be met. We would rather decline an order than deliver it late.
6. Delays and tracking
Once a consignment has been handed to the courier, its transit is outside our control. If your order is delayed, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8130422575 or by email at sakaar.art100@gmail.com, quoting your order reference. We will follow up with the courier and keep you informed.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or differs materially from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. Each claim is assessed individually. Full details are set out in our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
8. Delivery locations
We currently deliver anywhere within India. We do not ship internationally.
