Every piece is twisted by hand from chenille wire (pipe cleaners), one stem at a time. Nothing wilts, drops petals or needs water. Made to order, so small variation in size and finish is expected and is not a defect.

## Ordering, delivery and payment

Orders are placed on the product page and confirmed on WhatsApp. Payment is by UPI; nothing is charged automatically on the site.
Make time: 2–3 days. Then 1–2 days to Delhi NCR, 3–5 days elsewhere in India.
Shipping: flat ₹49 anywhere in India — no surprises at checkout. It is not included in the price shown on the site.
